Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
DoughLab ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website thepizzadoughcalculator.pages.dev. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DoughLab you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we do not collect
DoughLab is a client-side calculator. Your dough calculations happen entirely in your browser. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your recipes, ingredient values, or any personal information you type into the calculator.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This information is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site, and is not used to identify you personally.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. DoughLab itself uses no tracking cookies. However, third-party services we use may set cookies:
- Google Analytics (if enabled) โ helps us understand aggregate site usage. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google AdSense (if enabled) โ see the advertising section below.
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. The calculator will continue to work fully without cookies.
4. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)
We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
For more information on how Google uses data when you use partner sites, see Google's Privacy & Terms.
5. Data security
Because we collect virtually no personal data, there is very little to secure. Any standard server logs are protected by our hosting provider's industry-standard security measures and are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
6. Children's privacy
DoughLab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Since DoughLab stores no personal accounts or user data, there is generally nothing for us to access or delete beyond standard server logs โ but we will honor any valid request. Contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
